Teradata, a division of NCR Corporation (NYSE:NCR), and Siebel Systems, Inc., today announced availability of the complete suite of Siebel Business Analytics applications optimized for Teradata Warehouse(R). These new enterprise and expanded customer analytic applications extend the breadth and depth of analytic insight to drive business performance across sales, service, marketing, financial, workforce, supply chain and executive functions.

Companies using or considering Siebel Business Analytics' industry-specific, customer and enterprise analytic applications can now take advantage of the performance and scalability of the Teradata platform. The two companies announced their partnership in April 2004 to promote enterprise-wide analytics, immediately delivered integrated products and have continued to enhance the offering.

The complete set of Siebel Business Analytics applications on Teradata is designed to deliver new levels of enterprise insight across all functional areas, with fast time-to-value with a low total cost of ownership. The analytic applications feature prebuilt database schema, packaged metadata and key performance indicators to enable the delivery of actionable business insight via role-based, intelligence dashboards and alerts. The applications include prebuilt extract-transform-load (ETL) routines to automate the loading of data from Siebel, SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft applications, and a wide range of other enterprise sources.
