RARE Hospitality International to Simulcast Presentations at Thomas Weisel Partners Consumer Conference and RBC Capital Markets Consumer Conference

ATLANTA -- RARE Hospitality International, Inc. (NASDAQ:RARE), today announced that it will participate in two research conferences in September, hosted by Thomas Weisel Partners and RBC Capital Markets. There will be an on-line simulcast of each of the Company's presentations available at the Company's web site, www.rarehospitality.com, and an online replay of each presentation will be available through October 20, 2005. To access the live simulcast of a presentation, please go to the Company's web site at least 15 minutes prior to the presentation to download and install any necessary audio software.
RARE will participate in the Thomas Weisel Partners Consumer Conference, which is being held September 26th through September 27th in New York. The Company's presentation will begin at 11:30 a.m. Eastern on September 27, 2005. RARE's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Philip J. Hickey, Jr., and Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, W. Douglas Benn, will be speaking at the conference.
RARE will participate in the RBC Capital Markets Consumer Conference, which is being held September 27th through September 29th in Orlando. The Company's presentation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Eastern on September 28, 2005. RARE's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Philip J. Hickey, Jr., and Chief Accounting Officer, Benjamin A. Waites, will be speaking at the conference.
