The Corporate Library Expands its Research Team; Former Towers Perrin corporate governance and executive compensation expert Annalisa Barrett to lead efforts on Board Effectiveness Ratings

PORTLAND, Maine -- The Corporate Library, the creator of the Board Analyst family of governance and compensation research products, announced the appointment of Annalisa Barrett as Senior Research Associate, Board Effectiveness Ratings. Barrett brings to The Corporate Library over 10 years of specialized experience in corporate governance, executive compensation and taxation.
Barrett is responsible for all aspects of the Board Effectiveness Ratings, a key component in the Board Analyst suite of products. She will direct research, product enhancement and backtesting initiatives involving the Board Effectiveness Ratings. She will also prepare special research reports on a variety of governance topics.
Prior to joining The Corporate Library, Barrett was a research consultant with Towers Perrin's Executive Compensation practice, where she focused on corporate governance issues. Barrett was previously a tax consultant with Arthur Andersen. She holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan Business School and is a Certified Compensation Professional and a Certified Equity Professional.
