Palladium and Hyatt Partner to Present Best Practices on Executing Corporate Strategy; Executive-Level Event at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare, Chicago, Illinois, September 28, 2005

Business Wire, Sept 20, 2005

CHICAGO -- Palladium Group, Inc., a leading professional services firm enabling clients to execute strategy, today announced it will present an executive seminar titled "Linking Day-to-Day Systems and Processes with Corporate Strategy" with its customer Hyatt International Corporation.

Research shows that most companies fail to execute strategy successfully. In fact, most companies fail to align systems, processes and people with their strategy goals. Although organizations are investing billions of dollars annually in operational and transactional systems, they have failed to make the connection between these applications and business objectives. The seminar will feature three presentations from which attendees will learn how to align processes, systems and people with strategy.

--Hyatt International: The Road Map To Executing Strategy - presented by Gebhard Rainer, vice president of hotel finance and technology, Hyatt International Corporation - At Hyatt, Mr. Rainer led the build-out of a corporate performance management strategy that supports the implementation and communications of its corporate strategy to key decision makers. Mr. Rainer will review how Hyatt defined business processes to understand compliance with SEC and Sarbanes Oxley regulations to support a vision of public reporting and improved processes for financial planning with technology.

--The Strategy Focused Organization - presented by Duane Punnewaert, manager, Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, a Palladium company - Mr. Punnewaert will recount real-life experiences in building a strategy focused organization at financial services, telecommunications and other organizations by communicating strategy down to all knowledge workers.

--Linking Processes to Corporate Strategy - presented by Cary Greene, senior vice president, Palladium - Mr. Greene will discuss how organizations are linking their planning processes to corporate strategy.
