Aqua Society, Inc. Enters Into Agreement With Yemeni Sales Agent

HERTEN, Germany -- Aqua Society, Inc. (OTCBB:AQAS)(FWB:UP4A) announced today that it has entered into a sales agency agreement with Technical Supplies Center, Ltd. ("TSC"), based in Sana'a, Yemen. TSC will act as an official sales agent for Aqua Society's Thermomobile, Aquamission and Thermomission products and will receive a sales commission equal to 7% of the total value of each completed sales transaction. In addition, Aqua Society will allocate 1% of the total annual value of TSC's sales to marketing and promotion activities.
Founded in 1993, TSC is a leading wholesaler and distributor of state of the art technology systems in Yemen. TSC's primary business lines are in the areas of communications networking and environmentally friendly energy technologies. TSC maintains a nationwide presence in Yemen through its strong sales channels and has developed an impressive customer list, having provided its services to a number of Yemeni governmental ministries, including the Ministries of Health, Water and Environment and Electricity. TSC has also provided services to a number of public organizations, educational institutions, international organizations and international embassies, including the University of Hadramout, the University of Science and Technology, UNICEF, UNESCO and the embassies of Germany and the Netherlands.
Aqua Society, Inc. designs and develops technologies for application in the areas of refrigeration, water purification and waste water treatment. In addition to developing the Thermomobile mobile refrigeration unit, the Company has developed the Aquamission, a product that is capable of extracting potable water from the ambient air, and is in the process of developing the Thermomission, a product designed to decrease the energy consumption of its HVAC&R products. In addition, the Company has considerable experience and expertise in utilizing membrane and vacuum technologies to design, construct and maintain water purification, water recycling and waste water treatment systems.
