Deloitte Consulting and Redwood Announce Strategic Alliance for Redwood's Job Scheduling Solution, ``Cronacle for SAP® Solutions''; Redwood Appoints Deloitte Consulting as a Certified Alliance Partner for Cronacle for SAP® Solutions

MORRISVILLE, N.C. -- Deloitte Consulting LLP ("Deloitte Consulting") and Redwood Software ("Redwood") today announced they have formed a strategic alliance for Redwood's industry-leading job scheduling software. Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will collaboratively market their respective products and services focused on helping customers to maximize the value of their IT infrastructure and business information systems through Redwood's "Cronacle for SAP solutions" and Report2Web. Redwood is providing certification training to Deloitte Consulting professionals and has appointed Deloitte Consulting as a Certified Alliance Partner for its "Cronacle for SAP solutions."

Redwood's job scheduling software is widely recognized for its advanced event-driven scheduling technology. Recently, Redwood extended its partnership with SAP AG by signing an OEM agreement to embed its job scheduling technology within SAP NetWeaver(TM), SAP's open integration and application platform. "Cronacle for SAP solutions," now available to all SAP customers, enables them to centrally manage, monitor and integrate all background processes running within their SAP environments. The embedded solution, which continues to be co-developed and enhanced by Redwood in close cooperation with SAP, can be upgraded to also include integration with non-SAP applications, providing complete control over enterprise-wide processes. The OEM agreement with SAP has fueled a rapid expansion of Redwood's customer base, and the alliance with Deloitte Consulting will help Redwood meet the growing demand for service around the company's advanced job scheduling technology.
