Alabama National BanCorporation to Announce Third Quarter Results on October 19, 2005; Conference Call Scheduled for October 20, 2005

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Alabama National BanCorporation (NASDAQ: ALAB) announced today that it will report results for the third quarter after the market closes on October 19, 2005. A conference call will follow on October 20, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time to discuss financial results for the third quarter completed September 30, 2005. Alabama National will provide an on-line, real time Web cast and rebroadcast of its conference call.
