Dotster Unveils New Account Management Interface; Domain Registration Company's Record of Developing Intuitive Online Tools Continues

Business Wire, Sept 29, 2005

VANCOUVER, Wash. -- Dotster, Inc., one of the world's largest ICANN-accredited domain registrars, today announced that it has successfully implemented a new account management interface to its customer base.

The company launched the new interface on Monday, September 26th. Initial customer response is overwhelmingly positive according to Tom Bennett, Chief Operating Officer: "The interface is intuitive, so our customers can easily manage their account whether they log in daily or once every three years."

Dotster's new account management system empowers customers to exercise control over every aspect of their account and make on-the-fly updates whenever needed to any setting or service, including billing and contact information. It also features tab-based navigation and improved underlying technology for faster, more stable performance.

Dotster has been an industry leader in account management since its founding in 2000 when PC World Magazine wrote, "...solid account management tools make it a smart choice."(1)

With nearly three million Internet domains, Dotster is one of the largest ICANN-accredited domain name registrars in the world. Launched in 2000, Dotster was among the first to offer long-term registrations and discounted pricing. Customers now turn to Dotster for its ability to deliver marketable domain names through its proprietary Domain Discovery System and NameWinner auction service. The company's services include web hosting, DNS management, website development and marketing services, and partner programs. http://www.dotster.com
