Caldera Announces Completion of Financings

SOUTH PERTH, Western Australia -- Caldera Resources Inc. (TSX:CDR) is pleased to announce that it completed a financing on September 30, 2005. The financing consisted of the placement of a total of 6,950,000 common shares priced at $0.09 per share or $625,000 in the aggregate. The proceeds from the placement will be used to continue Caldera's exploration activities on its properties and for working capital.
Southern Cross Equities of Sydney Australia received a commission of $29,250 in respect of this private placement and subscribed for an additional 325,000 common shares at $0.09 per share.
As a result of this placement, Caldera has a total of 85,441,761 common shares outstanding.
