The September 2005 issue includes articles regarding the cancellation of almost 5.5 million shares of preferred stock, which significantly reduced the total number of preferred shares that could be converted to common stock of the Company and eliminated a class of stock that had anti-dilutive characteristics. Earlier in the month, the company took action to clean up its balance sheet by converting the balance of its largest debt into equity that will be deposited and held in an escrow account.
