@Road Teams With Cingular Wireless to Co-Market Mobile Resource Management Solutions; Agreement Provides for Companies to Combine Forces to Deliver Innovative MRM and Wireless Business Solutions to the Marketplace

(NASDAQ:ARDI), a global provider of Mobile Resource Management (MRM) and intelligent field service automation solutions, and Cingular Wireless today announced that they are co-marketing MRM and wireless business solutions to enterprise customers in several industries. Under the terms of the agreement, @Road and Cingular will jointly offer MRM solutions that improve asset and fleet management for companies with both private and for-hire fleets in such industries as transportation, consumer packaged goods and telecommunications.

@Road solutions will be enabled for Cingular's nationwide(1) high-speed GPRS/EDGE network, the fastest national wireless data network in the United States. EDGE, which provides customers with speeds of 70 to 135 kilobits per second depending on the device being used, is available in 13,000 cities and towns and along more than 40,000 miles of major highways across the country.
