Sound Health Solutions to Develop Pilot Pediatric Weight Management Program for Microsoft

SAN DIEGO -- iVOW, Inc. (NASDAQ: IVOW), a provider of disease management services for the treatment of chronic and morbid obesity, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sound Health Solutions, Inc. (SHS) has signed an agreement with Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) to develop a pediatric weight management pilot program for children of Microsoft employees.

The program will be designed as two-week group camp for children whose weight is at the 85th percentile or greater for their height, age, and gender. The camp will be complemented by quarterly follow up visits in the SHS Redmond facility over a 12 month period. The follow up will include monitoring of specified clinical and lifestyle metrics. The program design includes exercise, behavioral counseling, nutritional education and medical oversight for children 8-12 years of age.

The pilot program is expected to begin on June 19, 2006. Financial terms of the program were not disclosed.
