GlowPoint to Host Investor Conference Call on Thursday, April 20th; Focus on Restructuring Plan and Progress

(OTC: GLOW.PK), the world's leading broadcast-quality IP-based video communications service provider, announced today that it will host an investor conference call on Thursday April 20, 2006, to discuss recent announcements regarding its restructuring plan. The previously announced restructuring actions are expected to enable the Company to generate up to $10 million in annualized cost savings, or a reduction of more than 30% of its total costs. The Company will provide details of the plan and identify areas for cost reductions along unveiling several restructuring initiatives. There will be a question and answer session with the Company's new management team following the formal remarks.
