The previously announced restructuring actions are expected to enable the Company to generate up to $10 million in annualized cost savings, or a reduction of more than 30% of its total costs. The Company will provide details of the plan and identify areas for cost reductions along unveiling several restructuring initiatives. There will be a question and answer session with the Company's new management team following the formal remarks.
