InnoPath Expands Executive Team With the Addition of Eric King as Vice President of Business Development; Former Leader of Intel Capital's Mobile Device Management Investment Strategy Brought on Board to Enhance Strategic Alliances

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- InnoPath Software, Inc., the industry leader in Mobile Device Management (MDM) integrated solutions, today announced that Eric King has joined the company as vice president of business development. With over a decade of experience in business development and managing strategic alliances within the wireless and communications market, King will be responsible for continuing InnoPath's positive growth within the MDM market.
King was formerly the leader and creator of Intel Capital's investment strategy for investments in carrier grade infrastructure with a specific focus on MDM, service delivery platforms (SDP) and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS). He was also responsible for Intel's investments and business relationships with cell phone reference design houses and mobile security companies.

Before beginning his tenure at Intel, he served as chief financial officer of Angia Communications, co-leading the sale of the company and was a CPA for Ernst & Young LLP. King holds a master's degree in business administration from Brigham Young University.
