Pacific Select Group Signs Multi-Year License Agreement with Financial Profiles; Financial Service Firm to Incorporate Web-Based Planning System in Its AdvisorConnect Technology Platform
Business Wire, April 24, 2006
CARLSBAD, Calif. -- Financial Profiles, Inc., the standard for planning and advice solutions, announced today that Pacific Select Group has signed a multi-year licensing agreement to incorporate its Profiles (TM) Professional solution within their AdvisorConnect(SM) platform for their broker/dealer network.
PSG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pacific Life Insurance Company, will take advantage of Financial Profiles' ASP hosting solution, allowing it to utilize the financial planning tool with integration from Albridge(TM) Solution's enterprise data management system.
"Financial Profiles offers our independent registered representatives a competitive advantage by providing tools that quickly and effectively identify a client's needs, thereby increasing customer loyalty as well as sales," said Michael Graham, vice president of information technology at PSG. "Profiles Professional will be a welcome addition to our AdvisorConnect integrated technology suite, as it is a very popular financial planning solution and highly respected by our representatives."
Profiles Professional provides the power and flexibility to handle a diverse cross-section of customers. The modular presentation and analysis format allows financial services professionals to foster a collaborative relationship and motivate clients to take action. A recent user survey revealed two-thirds of respondents closed at least 75 percent of the client proposals and 60 percent received at least one customer referral from each client that received a Financial Profiles' plan.
"The most notable benefit of using our solution is how it adds to a rep's bottom line," said Jim McClafferty, president and CEO at Financial Profiles. "We take pride in knowing that our customers are generating new leads and building life-long client relationships with our solutions. We are pleased to empower representatives of PSG's Broker/Dealer network in this regard."
