Systems Evolution, Inc. Announces Contract from Microsoft; Providing Consulting Services to Large Oil and Gas Services Company

HOUSTON -- Systems Evolution, Inc. (OTCBB:SEVI), a leading integrator of Microsoft tools and provider of business consulting services, announced today that it has been awarded a consulting services contract, by Microsoft Corporation, to assist a large international Oil and Gas Services Company with the implementation of an Enterprise Project Management System using Microsoft's Project Management software and SEVI's processes.

SEVI also wishes to clarify comments made on its recent conference call that there is no immediate plan for a reverse stock split of its common stock.
