GetConnected Expands Board of Directors; Leaders from RadioShack and Greylock Partners Join Leading Provider of Transaction Processing Technology for Digital Services

BOSTON -- GetConnected, Inc, the leading provider of transaction processing platforms for enabling the sale of digital services, today announced that Evelyn Follit and Howard Cox have been appointed to its board of directors. Follit, a retired RadioShack executive, and Cox, a partner at Greylock Partners, will bring extensive industry experience and background to GetConnected's management team.

In addition, she successfully delivered program design and cost improvements in diverse areas including strategic executive compensation, succession planning, executive development and health and benefits insurance planning. Since 2000, Follit has been a Catalina Marketing Corporation board and Audit Committee member.

Cox is a partner at Greylock Partners, one of the world's leading venture capital firms. He is actively involved in many high tech industries, has served on numerous boards, and was a director of the Boston Globe when it was sold to the New York Times for over $1 billion, the largest price ever paid for a newspaper.
