Infinity Acquisition Corp. Announces Acquisition of Jarvis Entertainment Group, Inc

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Infinity Acquisition Corp., Inc. (Pink Sheets:IFQJ) announced today the finalization of the acquisition of the previous assets of Jarvis Entertainment Group Inc. Infinity has acquired these assets of Jarvis Entertainment Group Inc. for $5,000,000 in a combination of cash and preferred stock. The acquisition allows Infinity Acquisition to leverage existing relationships and broaden the scope of service provided by the company.
