Infinity Acquisition Corp. Announces Acquisition of Jarvis Entertainment Group, Inc

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Infinity Acquisition Corp., Inc. (Pink Sheets:IFQJ) announced today the finalization of the acquisition of the previous assets of Jarvis Entertainment Group Inc. Infinity has acquired these assets of Jarvis Entertainment Group Inc. for $5,000,000 in a combination of cash and preferred stock. The acquisition allows Infinity Acquisition to leverage existing relationships and broaden the scope of service provided by the company. "This is a huge step in the long term goals we have set forward for the growth of the company. By diversifying into areas of media and the Internet, Infinity will now be able to offer our clients a complete vertical integration in the areas of market exposure and presence," stated Manny Shulman, President of Infinity Acquisition Corp.
