Tiscali Partners with Mercora to Launch Tiscali Free JukeBox; Tiscali Users Get a Customized Version of Mercora's Award Winning Music Service Enabling Them to Join the Largest User-Contributed Music Network in the World

CAGLIARI, Italy & SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Tiscali S.p.A and Mercora Inc. today announced an agreement whereby Tiscali will launch a beta version of Tiscali Free JukeBox that brings Mercora's innovative music sharing capability to Tiscali users. As a result, Tiscali users get the ability to search, find, and listen to any music broadcasting on the world's largest user-contributed radio network. Users can also broadcast their own collection of music to others on the network, as well as browse and listen to their friends' music collections. Users can download Tiscali Free JukeBox client from their respective site in Italy http://jukebox.tiscali.it, and UK http://jukebox.tiscali.co.uk.

Tiscali Free JukeBox provides Tiscali users with a customized music experience with the following unique capabilities:

An Immersive Music Experience
Mercora's user-contributed network, where individuals legally webcast their own collections of music in CD quality sound to others on the network, has grown into the largest catalog of music on the Internet with over 3 million unique tracks and over 100,000 channels of music available at any time. The average Mercora user login session is over three hours and twenty minutes and the average time spent listening to music using Mercora is 43 minutes per day.
