Seth Goldschlager is a Director of Publicis Consultants, the global corporate strategic communications consultancy of Publicis Groupe, the world's fourth-largest communications organization.
Seth is known for multinational crisis communications management, counselling both corporations and public sector institutions on sensitive issues including health and safety matters, involving corporate communications of all types.
Seth is a graduate of the Yale Law School, where he earned his J.D. degree, after which he was admitted to the New York Bar.
Following five years as an editor for Newsweek in Paris, London, Washington and New York, Seth joined IBM Europe where he counselled IBM country organizations on communications and public affairs. He was named Director of Communications of the IBM Areas Division where he was responsible for all IBM communications in 110 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
As a public affairs advisor of IBM in Washington, Seth represented the company at both the federal and state government level. He later served at IBM Corporate headquarters in New York, where he counselled IBM Management Committee on international trade matters, public affairs and communications.

Chris Stephens is the Managing Partner of Orrick's China practice and is based in Hong Kong. His 22 years of practice include 12 years in New York and 10 in Asia. Chris specializes in advising multinational corporations and financial institutions on their investments and financing activities in China and throughout the Asia-Pacific Region.
He has lectured and advised companies in Asia on the threats and precautionary measures relating to Y2K (the Millennium Bug) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Last year, Chris led the Orrick teams that won three Deal-of-the-Year awards in finance and investments in China.
Before joining Orrick, Chris was a partner in Coudert Brothers' Hong Kong office.
