PKF Texas President Kenneth J. Guidry, CPA Named Chairman of Accountancy and Taxation Advisory Board at the University of Houston

HOUSTON -- Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas, P.C. (PKF Texas) announces president Kenneth J. Guidry, CPA has been named chairman of the University of Houston's Bauer College of Business Accountancy and Taxation Advisory Board.

"Kenneth Guidry is a Bauer alumnus who has long given generously of his time and talent to Bauer College accounting students in countless classroom appearances," said Dr. Arthur Warga, Dean of the Bauer College of Business. "He has served the College well as a founding member of the Accounting Advisory Board. His leadership is recognized and greatly appreciated by his peers as he assumes the Chairmanship of the Board."

Guidry has been an active member of the board since its inception 3 years ago. As Chairman of the Advisory Board, Guidry will work with the accounting department chair and faculty to provide advice and council to further the department's mission, objectives and programs. He has over 28 years of experience in providing financial audit and consulting services to both privately owned and publicly traded business owners.
