SOYO® Group Inc. Announces the Finalization of a License Agreement with the GoVideo Brand

ONTARIO, Calif. -- SOYO(R) Group Inc. (OTCBB:SOYO), a leading global provider of computer, consumer electronics and broadband telecommunications products, today announced that it has signed a two-year agreement with Opta Corporation for the use of the GoVideo(R) brand for distribution of SOYO LCD and Plasma TV, Computer Monitors and rear and front screen projectors in the United States and Canada. Under the agreement SOYO also has the right to sell certain GoVideo video components such as DVD/VCR dual-decks, Home Entertainment Systems, Digital Cameras and more when bundled with one of its GoVideo LCD and Plasma TVs, Monitors.
