Health Net of California Promotes Lori Scott to Vice President of Commercial Sales-Mid Market and Appoints Gina Stassi Vice President of PPO Product Management

LOS ANGELES -- Health Net of California, one of the state's largest health plans, today announced that it has promoted Lori (Lichtig) Scott to vice president of Commercial Sales-Mid Market and hired Gina Stassi as vice president of PPO Product Management.

Scott has been with Health Net 10 years, most recently as vice president of Sales Operations. In her new duties, she is responsible for driving sales and retention efforts focused on brokered employer groups of more than 50 employees. Before Health Net, Scott spent 19 years in various technical and management positions at Prudential Health Care. She received her bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix.

Stassi returns to Health Net from Blue Shield of California. In her new role, she collaborates throughout the company to further enhance its array of Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) products. At Blue Shield, Stassi oversaw product management and marketing efforts on several key product lines. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her master's degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
