Fitch Affirms 6 RMBS Classes from Citicorp HE Loan Trust 2003-HE1

NEW YORK -- Fitch has affirmed the following ratings on Citicorp Home Equity Loan Trust 2003-HE1:
-- Class A affirmed at 'AAA';
-- Class M-1 'AA';
-- Class M-2 'A';
-- Class M-3 'A-';
-- Class M-4 'BBB';
-- Class M-5 'BBB-'.
The pool consists of fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgage loans extended to subprime borrowers, secured by first liens, primarily on one to four-family residential properties. As of the March 2006 distribution date, the transaction is seasoned 35 months and the pool factor (current mortgage loan principal outstanding as a percentage of the initial pool) is approximately 21%. The loans are serviced by Litton Loan Servicing (rated 'RPS1' by Fitch), and were deposited in the trust by Salomon Brothers Mortgage Securities VII, Inc.
The affirmations reflect a stable relationship between credit enhancement (CE) and future loss expectations and affect approximately $45.56 million of outstanding certificates.
