The event will be held on April 20 at 10 am EDT and will feature AMR Research Director Mickey North Rizza and Sampath Gomatam, vice president of professional services for the Click Commerce Contract and Service Management group. Rizza and Gomatam will discuss how CSM technology can help companies efficiently outsource services and labor, improve spend management, and ensure compliance to procurement policies.

Part of the year-long Webinar series featuring AMR Research "Winning in a Flat World, How to Compete in the Real-Time Global Marketplace," the contract and service management Webinar will inform chief purchasing officers, financial officers and information officers how to effectively manage large workforces of contingent labor and outsourced services.
According to a report by CAPS Research, a nonprofit research organization dedicated to supply and supply chain issues, in large companies, as much as 86 percent of total purchasing expenditures are for services.
