ST. LOUIS -- MAVERICK TUBE CORPORATION (NYSE:MVK), has scheduled a conference call for Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. CT via live Internet Webcast. The purpose of the call is to discuss financial results for the Company's first quarter. Maverick's management will discuss various aspects of its first quarter financial report, review key factors impacting its business and answer questions from the investment community.
