Pediatric Services of America, Inc. Announces 3rd Quarter 2006 Earnings Conference Call

NORCROSS, Ga. -- In connection with its third quarter earnings release for the period ended June 30, 2006, Pediatric Services of America, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSAI) announced today that it has scheduled a conference call on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. ET with Daniel J. Kohl, President and Chief Executive Officer and James M. McNeill, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The press release announcing quarterly earnings for the period will be issued before the call on Wednesday, August 9, 2006.
