SpaceDev Announces Timing of Fiscal Second Quarter 2006 Earnings Release and Conference Call

POWAY, Calif. -- SpaceDev, Inc. (OTCBB: SPDV) will host its second quarter 2006 earnings call on Tuesday, August 15, at 11:00 a.m. EDT. The Company expects to file its second quarter Form 10-QSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission at market close on Monday, August 14, 2006, or earlier, and issue a related press release on its financial results on Tuesday, August 15, 2006, when the markets open.
