In its report, BullMarket.com wrote: "As we wrote in our initial foray into the energy trust realm, the exposure to commodity prices is one source of strength for the stocks but it also serves up a double whammy in terms of the risks. Falling commodity prices reduce profits and distributions, which is the primary reason investors are attracted to the stocks. In Q2, San Juan paid monthly distributions of 18 cents, 23 cents, and 18 cents. It's clear also that the link to natural gas prices also presents other risks. Lower prices mean that the total value of the trust's sole asset (the resources in the ground) declines. Furthermore, when the prices fall production declines, meaning the pace at which those resources are turned into income is slowed. There's an alternative way to look at this, however."

BullMarket.com looked at the following topics, among others:

--Why might natural gas-oriented trusts be particularly interesting to investors right now?

--What can recent insider activity at Hugoton tell investors?

--Which trusts present "enticing opportunities" for long-term investors at current levels?

--How do U.S. energy trusts differ from their Canadian counterparts?
