Natrol's Prolab Business Poised for Growth; New Senior Marketing Teams Drive Prolab Business Growth on Both Sides of the ''Pond''

CHATSWORTH, Calif. -- Natrol, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of nationally branded nutritional products, announced the appointment of senior marketing management for Prolab(R), Natrol's sports nutrition brand in the United States and the United Kingdom. The brand, which was acquired by Natrol, Inc. in 1999, is a leader in the sports nutrition business.
Eric Schick, Vice President of Marketing, and Gloria Reynolds, Director of Marketing, head the U.S. team. Both are veterans of the dietary supplements industry. Mr. Schick brings more than 25 years of domestic and international sales and marketing experience in the dietary supplements category, including experience in the sports nutrition field while Chief Sales Officer at IdeaSphere (Twinlab(R)). Ms. Reynolds has an outstanding track record in consumer marketing, most recently as Director of Marketing at Herbalife International.
The United Kingdom team, working as Natrol (UK), Ltd., is led by Margaret Peet, a renowned 20-year veteran in the nutritional supplements industry in the United Kingdom and the United States. Tony Gay, Business Development Manager, brings extensive experience in the health food retail, fitness and sports nutrition industries, including development of the UK entity of the global sports nutrition brand, EAS(R).
