C.J. Hughes Construction

Small to medium-size businesses continue to benefit from the flexibility and scalability of the Cisco Unified Communications system. C.J. Hughes Construction, a construction company in West Virginia, leverages Cisco Unified CallManager Express 4.0 and Cisco Unity Express 2.3 to improve communication and streamline business processes. The solution is offered as a managed service at a fixed monthly rate by Advanced Technical Solutions (ATS), a Cisco Premier(R) Certified and Unified Communications Specialized Partner.

JJ Food Service Ltd.

A long-time Cisco customer and one of the leading independent food distributors in the U.K., JJ Food Service Limited has upgraded its existing systems to take advantage of new capabilities in Cisco Unified Communications, including presence technology, easy-to-use video phones and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) support. The company has deployed the Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0 to provide voice services to employees across all offices, and the Cisco Unified Personal Communicator to reduce the time needed to reach another employee.
