General Physics Corporation Launches NASA's Learning Management System

ELKRIDGE, Md. -- Global performance improvement solutions provider General Physics Corporation (GP), a subsidiary of GP Strategies Corporation, recently announced the launch of NASA's Learning Management System (LMS) and e-Learning platform, after being selected by GoLearn to provide e-Learning services. The contract has a value greater than $2.2 million.
GP completed the configuration and integration of the LMS, which included the data migration of learner records and content, the creation of a private history table to support NASA's historical reporting requirements, and custom reporting and notifications. With the LMS, NASA can now deliver web-based training, provide classroom management capabilities including scheduling and resource tracking, and manage training and human capital performance, to over 60,000 employees worldwide via the Internet.
GP will continue to assist NASA through its hosting support services. GP's hosting services include 24x7x365 monitoring of all applications in a secure facility.
