ClaimForce Expands Board of Directors; Adds Stewart Graber of Intel Corp. and David Kreisman of LOGS Network

WARRENVILLE, Ill. -- ClaimForce, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent service procurement and vendor management solutions for the insurance claim industry, has announced today David Kreisman, vice chairman and co-founder of LOGS Network, and Stewart Graber, corporate global sourcing manager for Intel Corporation, have been named to serve on their Board of Directors.
Mr. Graber is responsible for leading Intel Corporation's Global Procurement Organization and driving supply chain management solutions for their world wide facilities as well as overseeing capital equipment procurement for more than 200 engineering test capital labs across the globe. Prior to his current roles at Intel, Graber had responsibilities that included the development and management of one of Intel's small and minority owned business programs and was elected chairman of the Small Business Opportunity Council. "Stewart's expertise in procurement and supporting technologies are extremely valuable as we continue to grow ClaimForce into the insurance industries leading business processing and claim service procurement engine" says Dennis O'Mahoney, chief executive officer of ClaimForce.
Mr. Kreisman is co-founder of the LOGS Network, a national network of attorneys serving the real estate and mortgage industry. Kreisman directs national operations for all LOGS Network legal offices and is directly responsible for management and supervision of more than 25 partnership law firm, title operations, and trustee company operations in more than 30 states and the District of Columbia. "David's operational experience in successfully building and managing a high volume, transaction-based business for large financial services clients represents welcome and valuable expertise and advice for us at both the tactical and strategic levels," says Stephen Applebaum, president of ClaimForce.
