NEWTON, Mass. -- Questex Media Group, Inc. today announced the keynote speakers for ICCM Canada, Canada's premier customer contact management conference and expo. ICCM Canada will take place October 23-25 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto. The keynote address will be delivered by Cameron Herold, chief operating officer of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. The event will also feature a keynote panel with executives from Saddletree Research, Witness Systems, The Call Center School, Latigent, TELUS, and Roxio/Sonic.

Keynote Panel
ICCM Canada will also feature a visionary keynote panel entitled "60 Ideas in 60 Minutes." Each member of the panel will provide one idea for improving a call centre for each minute of the hour. The keynote panel will take place on Wednesday, October 25, at 8:45 a.m. The panel will be moderated by Paul Stockford, chief analyst, Saddletree Research.
