ARAMARK Refreshment Services Acquires Office Coffee Business of Coffee One Service; Agreement Further Expands ARAMARK's Presence in South Florida Region

PHILADELPHIA -- ARAMARK Refreshment Services, a leader in workplace snacks and beverages, announced that it has acquired the office coffee business of Coffee One Service Inc.

Coffee One, based in Hialeah, Fla., is a leading provider of office refreshments to businesses in the South Florida region. Its services include the delivery of brand-name coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soups, and other snacks and beverages. The acquisition, which was completed on August 25, 2006, brings approximately 300 client locations to the ARAMARK client base.
