Senior Microsoft Veteran Announces Departure from Software Giant to Join Foldera™; David Madison, Former Microsoft Senior Product Manager for Information Worker - Collaboration Group, Joins Foldera as SVP of Enterprise Strategy

Business Wire, August 3, 2006

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. -- Foldera,(TM)Inc. (OTCBB:FDRA), the free next-generation information organizer and messaging/collaboration service, has announced the hiring of David Madison, the former Microsoft Senior Product Manager for the software giant's Information Worker - Collaboration Group. Mr. Madison will become Foldera's Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy.

According to David -- who first saw the Foldera service in action at the Collaborative Technologies Conference in Boston this past June -- "When I saw Foldera I saw the future of collaboration. I immediately realized that this product (Foldera) changes everything."

"We are tremendously pleased, as well as honored, to have David join our team," says Foldera CEO and Founder Richard Lusk. "It's a real statement of validation that David -- a fourteen year Microsoft veteran, who knows this space better than anyone -- has left a senior position at the world's largest software company to come aboard our growing company."

Mr. Lusk continues: "Every day more and more people see what we're doing and want to be part of the disruption Foldera is creating. David's unique experience and his extensive product knowledge will help us fine-tune Foldera and make it the best collaboration application in the world."

Mr. Madison goes on to say: "With first-generation information organizers like Microsoft Outlook (MSFT) and Lotus Notes (IBM), users spend a lot of time manually sorting and filing their email or documents so they are out of sync with other users because everyone organizes their work after the fact and at different times. In contrast, Foldera's next-generation organizer saves time and keeps everyone on the same page because Foldera organizes users' work instantly while they work. Foldera's free ad supported service and proprietary technology is poised to shake up the business and distribution models of this entire industry."

Mr. Madison, who had worked his way up from a Senior Support Engineer to his most recent position, has been focused on the information organization and collaborative space for years and has done extensive competitive analysis on virtually every major collaboration platform including applications from Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Lotus and others. Says Mr. Madison: "I'm looking forward to sharing the experience I've accumulated over the years studying information organizers and collaboration applications and applying it to Foldera, which is in my view a true breakthrough technology and business and distribution model. I do believe that Foldera changes everything and I'm excited to have this opportunity to be part of the team."
