TRIRIGA Announces TRIRIGA Offline to Enable Offline Integrated Workplace Management Applications
Business Wire, August 9, 2006
LAS VEGAS -- TRIRIGA INC., the global leader in Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), today announced TRIRIGA Offline(TM), a platform technology that allows companies to save substantial time in gathering, storing, and distributing information between offline users and TRIRIGA(R) applications.
TRIRIGA Offline downloads both the data and analytical capabilities to the user's computer in a familiar Microsoft(R) Excel file, allowing occasional users and disconnected users with no special training to enter information at a time and place most convenient to them. Users can checkout the data from the TRIRIGA applications, or use the pre-built link with email for automated delivery and return.
"We continue to focus on ways to make our customers more productive in their use of our Workplace Management applications. We conceived and developed TRIRIGA Offline in conjunction with key customers to enable a new class of applications. Using a secure method, TRIRIGA Offline automatically uploads, synchronizes and processes offline information. TRIRIGA Offline saves substantial time in gathering, storing and distributing information for our applications, but also dramatically increases the accuracy of information between TRIRIGA and offline users, bridging the gap between desktop productivity and Enterprise Applications," said George Ahn, President and Chief Executive Officer.
TRIRIGA Offline is targeted at companies with:
--Users who gather TRIRIGA-related information, but do not have regular access to a networked computer system, such as an agent who assesses facilities in the field.
--Users who regularly use TRIRIGA applications, but occasionally do not have access to a networked computer, such as a facilities manager who is traveling between facilities.
--Users who require occasional access to TRIRIGA applications, but whose access will be restricted under very specific conditions, such as a supplier responding to a Request for Proposal or a Bid.
The TRIRIGA Offline platform technology includes pre-built links between Microsoft Excel and TRIRIGA applications, automated import and synchronization of offline data and support for SMTP-based email systems. TRIRIGA Professional Services, customer staff and/or TRIRIGA implementation partners can design forms, define data maps, and establish synchronization rules.
TRIRIGA Offline is currently available for TRIRIGA customers on the Momentum(TM) platform.
