Sigma Contracting Inc. Awarded Contract for Construction of the Salvation Army Phoenix Citadel Renovation, Phoenix, AZ

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Sigma Contracting Inc., a private commercial general contractor, established in 1983, has been awarded the contract for the construction services for The Salvation Army Phoenix Citadel Renovation project located at 628 North Third Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The construction phase is estimated to begin on December 15, 2006.

The renovation and expansion project will include over 15,000 sf of renovation and 5,000 sf of new construction for the chapel and Brass Band performances. The goal is to build a facility which will have a 250 seat sanctuary, additional classrooms, and a new multi-purpose room to accommodate new and existing programs that are a part of The Salvation Army's vision for the future. The contract value is approximately $4 million with the project completion slated for fall 2007.
