Hay Group Strengthens its Southeast Executive Performance Capabilities

ATLANTA -- Hay Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Pennington, Ph.D. as the Practice Leader for Leadership & Talent in the Southeast Region which includes its Atlanta, GA, and Charlotte, NC offices.

Pennington will be responsible for developing client relationships that support the expansion of Hay Group's Leadership & Talent practice which includes capability assessment, leadership transformation, and talent management.

Pennington brings over 25 years of experience including, most recently, senior consulting responsibilities at RHR International. Pennington's experience includes internal corporate roles in human resources, training, and organization development. He has also managed the consulting services for a diversity and inclusion training company.

Pennington has a bachelor's degree in psychology and social relations from Harvard University, where he studied with Professor David McClelland, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is an active member of the American Psychological Association and the Society of Consulting Psychologists, and a frequent speaker and workshop facilitator for national professional associations and for corporate leadership forums.
