American Railcar Industries, Inc. Board of Directors Declares $0.03 Dividend

ST. CHARLES, Mo. -- ("ARI") [NASDAQ: ARII] announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.03 per share of common stock of the Company. The dividend is payable on January 19, 2007, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 8, 2007.
