Hay Group Strengthens its Leadership Position in its Job Evaluation Practice

PHILADELPHIA -- Hay Group announced that David E. Borrebach, Ph.D., an expert in the design and implementation of strategic compensation systems, has rejoined Hay Group from Mercer Human Resource Consulting. He will be based in Pittsburgh as the U.S. Commercial Leader of its new global web-based job evaluation application, called Job Evaluation Manager (JEM).

In this role, Dave will oversee the U.S. commercial implementation of its state-of-the-art JEM job evaluation internet application. Dave will work directly with both domestic and global clients to develop and implement job analysis, documentation and evaluation solutions that enhance their organizational effectiveness.

Previously, Dave was with Hay Group in the Pittsburgh office from 1986 to 1994. Dave received his Ph.D. Peabody College of Vanderbilt University in 1977.
