SAN MATEO, Calif. -- Mobile Complete announced today that it has closed its second round of funding. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The round was led by Motorola Ventures, the strategic investment arm of Motorola, Inc. with participation from a previous investor, Innovacom VC.

With approximately two thousand handset models currently operating in the global marketplace according to In-Stat Principal Analyst Allen Nogee, consumers have more options than ever to find the right model that suits their lifestyle. Innovative handsets continue to be brought to market in fast-paced manner to respond to consumer demand, which is challenging application developers to keep pace.
