Premiere Global Services Successfully Completes SAS 70 Type II Audit; SAS 70 Compliance Validates Premiere Global's Internal Controls and Security Metrics

Through detailed testing of Premiere Global's internal controls and operational procedures, the SAS 70 audit assures the company's Fortune 500 clientele that it maintains a consistent, stable and secure environment for the services it provides. Furthermore, the successful completion of a SAS 70 audit satisfies federal regulations including Gramm-Leach-Bliley, Sarbanes-Oxley and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) that require corporations to audit the internal controls of their suppliers.
