Rockwell Automation Reviews Business Activities and Elects Board Members at Annual Shareowners Meeting

MILWAUKEE -- Rockwell Automation (NYSE:ROK) Chairman and CEO Keith D. Nosbusch reviewed the company's fiscal year 2005 business activities and highlighted first-quarter results at the company's annual shareowners meeting. The company also reaffirmed the range of its earnings expectations for fiscal 2006, which was detailed in its first-quarter earnings release.
At the meeting, shareowners re-elected Betty C. Alewine, Verne G. Istock and David B. Speer to the board of directors with terms expiring in 2009.
