Photronics to Report First Quarter Earnings and Host Conference Call

BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- Photronics, Inc. (Nasdaq:PLAB), a worldwide leader in supplying innovative imaging technology solutions for the global electronics industry, will announce financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2006 on Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at approximately 4:30 p.m. ET. Company management will host a public conference call on Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at 8:30 a.m. ET to discuss Photronics' quarterly results and business highlights. During the call, Company management will be respond to questions concerning, but not limited to, the Company's financial performance, business conditions and industry outlook.
