SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Installation Links Newly Opened Branch with Credit Union Headquarters Providing Redundant Secure Data Network and Remote Backup Storage
Triware Networld Systems, L.L.C., a leading Information Technology network service and support provider, today announced the completion of the installation of San Jose Credit Union's IT Security network system. The new branch, which opened its doors February 3rd, has been set up with a fully secure network system with links to company partners, such as credit card and loan application partners, and a secure link to the company's headquarters. The link to the branch's headquarters is a fully redundant data link designed to act as a data recovery site should any emergency issues arise. The network is monitored and supported by Triware Networld Systems' Service and Support Operation Center (SSOC).
"We have been working with the San Jose Credit Union for over 6 years now providing IT security related systems and supporting them with our Service & Support Operation Center (SSOC) services. The SSOC service is a 24x7x365 real-time network monitor and management operation center providing our clients with a low cost, state-of-the-art network and management system that ensures the highest data security available," said Benson Yeung, Senior Partner for Triware Networld Systems, L.L.C. "With the opening of the credit union's new branch, in addition to a fully secure network, they needed a way to protect their headquarters' data so we proposed secure data links between the two offices that allows the new branch to act as a data recovery site for its headquarters."
"We are very excited about this new branch. Not only will it offer our members the added convenience of a new downtown location but with Triware Networld Systems' advanced data security it gives both our company and our members the piece of mind that our network is the most secure system available," stated Judy Nissila, president and chief financial officer of the San Jose Credit Union. "We are always striving to improve our offerings and that is why we turned again to Triware when we were setting up our new office."
