Business Wire, Feb 15, 2006

NEW YORK & SAN FRANCISCO -- Sona Mobile Holdings Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: SNMB.OB), a leading provider of wireless technologies to the financial services, enterprise, entertainment and gaming markets, announced that it has entered into a strategic joint marketing agreement with SugarCRM to provide wireless customer relationship management functionality to SugarCRM's customers. The world's leading provider of commercial open source CRM solutions will now be able to offer large corporations along with Small and Medium sized Businesses (SMBs), the ability to enable wireless applications. Sugar Mobile can also be deployed as a carrier-branded product by the large mobile operators and cellular carriers who want to deploy a mobile CRM solution to their end customers. This key differentiator sets Sugar Mobile apart from other CRM solutions on the market today.

SugarCRM has built a commercial open source CRM solution targeted at Fortune 500 companies that offers greater flexibility with multiple deployment options. Currently, SugarCRM provides its solution to over 400 customers and thousands of end users. Sona has developed the Sugar Mobile system for use by SugarCRM customers and to position Sugar Mobile as a carrier targeted offering.

The Sugar Mobile system will allow salespeople and other users of CRM software to access any information necessary to facilitate the sales process not only from a desktop, but also from a mobile device. This added flexibility can increase the productivity of sales forces by allowing a full flow of information any time, anywhere. As SugarCRM has developed a feature rich and attractively-priced commercial open source solution, it is an exciting next step to take that application to the wireless device. Additionally, Sona will begin development of a series of "mobilets", much like plug-ins for use on Sugar Mobile supported devices. We believe the relationship with SugarCRM is mutually beneficial, and will be well-received by CRM users who require flexibility and mobility."

John Roberts, CEO and co-founder of SugarCRM, said, "Our strategic marketing agreement with Sona will enable us to offer our customers the ability to access and implement relevant sales data both in and outside of the office.
