Rogers Cable and CVAS Subsidiary Sign Significant Three Year Agreement

WHITBY, Ontario -- Creative Vistas, Inc., (OTCBB:CVAS) announced today that its subsidiary Cancable Inc. has executed a Master Installation and Service Agreement using Rogers FSMS technology with Rogers Cable Communications Inc. (Rogers Cable). Rogers Cable (www.rogers.com) is Canada's largest cable television provider offering cable television, high-speed Internet access, telephony and data networking services and video retailing. Cancable Inc. provisions the deployment of broadband technologies to the commercial and residential market.
The agreement covers the period from September 1, 2005 until August 31, 2008. The agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Cancable will continue to provide its services to Rogers Cable. Over the past three years Cancable Inc. has increased its revenue from Rogers Cable significantly.

Cancable Inc. is the largest supplier of contracted broad band provisioning installation services to Rogers Cable in the Greater Toronto Area. Rogers Cable has launched an aggressive marketing program to deploy Rogers' bundle of broadband and communication services this year. Cancable Inc. will provide provisioning and installation for Rogers Cable services including Personal Cable, Rogers Home Phone, Yahoo High Speed Internet and Digital Cable.
