Zavata's STI Knowledge Announces Strategic Partnership with B Wyze Solutions

ATLANTA -- Zavata today announced that its STI Knowledge division has partnered with B Wyze Solutions (www.bwyze.com) of Markham, Ontario, a leading provider of IT Service Management and Corporate Education solutions. B Wyze Solutions will serve as the exclusive education distributor in Canada for STI Knowledge courses and curriculum. Additionally, B Wyze Solutions has partnered with STI Knowledge to deliver ITIL consulting services, which includes ITIL prescriptive guidance analysis, assessments, and ITIL implementations. In 2003, entrepreneur Satish Sanan, Mellon Ventures and BV-Cornerstone Ventures, LP (BV-CV) made a strategic investment in Zavata. A year later, Zavata acquired HPS Paradigm, Inc., to augment its healthcare administrative services. In mid-2004, additional funding was secured from WestBridge Capital Partners to strengthen the company's growth strategy.
