DEERFIELD, Ill. -- The Directors of Woodhead Industries, Inc., (NASDAQ:WDHD) today voted a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividend is payable in cash on February 27, 2006, to stockholders of record February 13, 2006.
